Kenneth Krabacher, age 87, passed away on March 26, 2026. He is survived by his wife Pat (Grogan), sons Steven (Karen) Krabacher and Michael (Jill) Krabacher, daughters Sharon Mirande and Christine (Matt) Weber, and grandchildren Abby, Matt and Sam Krabacher, Claire, Aaron and Kate Krabacher, Grace and Ava Mirande, and Anne, Michael and Kyle Weber.
Ken dedicated more than 40 years to his career as an engineer at General Electric, followed by another decade as a guide at the Wright-Patterson Air Force Museum in Dayton. Ken’s strength and dedication were unparalleled. He committed himself fully to everything he did. He believed in giving his best, no matter the task. He spent endless hours with his family, always making them his top priority, and generously gave his time coaching his kids’ baseball and soccer teams. He gave his family never-ending love and unwavering support. He celebrated their successes and stood beside them through their challenges. Above all, his deep love for his family and his passion for aviation were the cornerstones of his life.
Ken’s presence made a lasting impact on the lives of those around him, and his love will continue to be felt in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved him. Among those who loved him were his nurses and aides at StoryPoint, the assisted living community he called home. Their kindness and compassion meant so much—not only to Ken, but to our entire family. It brought us great comfort to know he was surrounded by people who genuinely loved and cared for him.
