FELTON, Kenneth L. Beloved husband of the late Ruth Felton (nee Smith). Dear father of April (Fred) Winters, Sue (Vern) Van Opdorp and the late Kenneth Felton, Jr. Also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation to be held at Life Church West Chester, 8440 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd., West Chester, OH 45069, Saturday from 10 AM until time of funeral service at 11 AM.
