Linda "Magoo" T. Poynter, loving spouse of the late Charles "Chuck" A. Poynter Sr. Dedicated mother of Angela M. Clark and the late Charles "Buddy" A. Poynter Jr. Linda was the daughter of the late Robert J. Smyth and Lorraine E. Smyth, loving sister to the late Colleen Creech, Patricia (Ed) Butcher, Cecilia (Larry) Roberts, Jenny (Gary) Scott, and Bobby (Debbie) Smyth. Aunt to many nieces and nephews and dedicated grandmother. Linda was a beloved friend to many. Linda loved her job as a paraprofessional. It gave her great joy knowing she was making a difference in the lives of others. Linda will always be remembered for her wonderful sense of humor. A devout Catholic, Linda kept us all in her prayers. She had a deep faith in God and could not wait to once again see her family. "Chuck here I come!"

Mass will be held at Good Shepherd Church on Tuesday, October 13th at 12:00 pm. Graveside prayer will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati Blue Ash or the St. Francis Seraph School 14 E. Liberty Street Cincinnati, OH 45202.
