Loving mother of Beverly (the late Donald) Hostiuck, Gary (Elsa) Grote, “Skip” (Jenny) Grote, Gail (John) Groene and Russell (Carolyn) Grote. Dear grandmother of Angela (Marc) Bloom, Todd Hostiuck, Eric (Kelly) Grote, Brian (Shannon) Grote, Alicia (Ben) Mirtes, Brad (Jessica) Groene, Allison (Michael) Berning, Johnny Groene, Ryan (Kristel) Grote, Patrick Grote, and Kevin Grote. Great-grandmother of Sydney, Chase, and Genevieve “Gigi” Bloom, Mason, Anders, Kaylin, Leah and Owen Grote, Elizabeth “Ellie”, Abigail “Abbie”, Olivia Groene, Henry and Colin Mirtes, and Michael Berning III. Daughter of the late Albert William and Clara (nee Stockman) Speeg. Sister-in-law of Ethel Grote and Ray (Edythe) Grote and Gert Speeg. Sister of the late Alberta (Melvin) Weisner, Lillian (Harry) Macke, George (Florence) Speeg, Albert (Rita) Speeg, Robert (Gert) Speeg, Mae (Ken) Ramsey. Also survivied by several nieces and nephews. Passed away Saturday, November 19, 2016 at the age of 94. Visitation to be held at St. James of the Valley, 411 Springfield Pike, Wyoming, Wednesday, November 23 from 10 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
