Margaret M. Cowles

COWLES, Margaret (née Fitzpatrick) Passed away peacefully on May 5, 2025, at the age of 83.

Beloved wife of the late David L. Cowles. Loving mother of David, Michael, and Christina Cowles. Cherished grandmother of Lizzie, Callahan, Ellie, and Delaney. Devoted daughter of the late Margaret and Thomas Fitzpatrick.

Margie grew up in Elmwood Place and was a proud graduate of Our Lady of Angels High School. She married the love of her life, David, at St. Peter in Chains Cathedral and worked at Central Steel and Wire Company before having three children. Margie and David shared 41 wonderful years of marriage.

Margie had a zest for life and a heart full of love. She treasured her many travels around the world with her mother, found great joy in the lives of her grandchildren, and deeply valued the time spent with friends at The Glen.

Visitation will be held at St. Thomas More Church, 800 Ohio Pike, Withamsville, on Monday, May 12th, from 10:00 AM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM.
