Lewis, Sr., much loved mother of Bob (Kathy), Jim (Roxanna) and Craig (Karyl) Lewis, devoted grandmother of Meggan, Lindsay, Beth, Jenna, Jennifer, Heather, Ashley, Stephanie, Craig, Jr., and Robbie, and great-grandmother of Ashlyn, Justin, Jordan, Ethan, Levi, Maya and Katelyn. Saturday, Jan. 16, 2010, age 79. Visitation at the Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd. (Rt 42), West Chester, Tuesday, Jan. 19 from 10 a.m. until the funeral service at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hospice of Cincinnati.
