Patricia Clementine Edelstein

Patricia Clementine Edelstein, age 97, passed away peacefully on July 2, 2025, in West Chester, Ohio.

Born on August 25, 1927, Patricia led a remarkable life defined by dedication, resilience, and a deep love for people. She spent an extraordinary 68 years working in the auto industry and continued her commitment to service by working part-time at Big Lots until her retirement at the age of 97. Her personal motto, “You sit you die,” reflected her boundless energy and passion for staying active and engaged with those around her.

Patricia found great joy in cooking and cherished every moment spent with family and friends. Her warmth and generosity left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Arthur Hendrixson and Alfred Edelstein; daughters Vera Hendrixson and Virginia (Hendrixson) (Hamilton) Minton.

She is lovingly remembered by her children: Andrew Hendrixson (Tammy), Rita (Hendrixson) Mullen (Ken), Arthur Hendrixson (Bev), Anna Edelstein, Beth (Edelstein) Lucas (James), and Becky Edelstein. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren: James Hendrixson, Tommy Mullen (Brianne), Tanya Brown, Kyle Mullen (Sara), Tod Hendrixson (Chelsea), Adam Hendrixson (Jenny), Nina (Adams) Hamilton, Ryan Hamilton (Jenna), Jessica (Lucas) De Maria (Brett) , and Zachary Lucas (Michelle); as well as her great-grandchildren: Logan Hendrixson, TJ Mullen, Nick Mullen, Miranda Mullen, Carly Brown, Caleb Brown, Mathew Mullen, Landen Mullen, Austin Hendrixson, Lauren Hendrixson, Michael Hendrixson, Franklin Hendrixson, Toby Adams, Lucia De Maria, Vincenza De Maria, Vienna De Maria, GuanLuca De Maria, Francesca De Maria, and Franklin Lucas.

Attended St Michaels Catholic Church all of her life.
