Patricia Marie Jackson, 73, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Born on October 26, 1952, she was the beloved daughter of the late Marie Lessure and Michael McCormick.

Patricia lived a life defined by immense warmth, quiet strength, and unwavering devotion to her family. As a dedicated social worker, she spent her career making a genuine difference in the lives of countless individuals and families in her community. Outside of her work, she found immense joy in the simple pleasures of life—tending to her garden, cooking wonderful meals for those she loved, and lighting up every room with a sharp wit that was second to none.

Proceeded in death by her siblings Cheryl (Kent) Nicolay, Mary Lou Mount, Sylvia Jean McCormick (Mike Dunham), Patricia (Julius) Jackson and Michael J. (Janice) McCormick.

She is survived by her loving son, Anthony Arthur Carlotta Jr.; her cherished granddaughters, Phoebe Lynn Carlotta and Toni Marie Carlotta; and her brother, Brian McCormick.

Her legacy of love, laughter, and compassion will remain in the hearts of all who knew her.
