Born on January 17, 1959, Penny lived a life marked by unwavering love and dedication to her family and friends. Her passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of those who knew and cherished her.
Penny was an extraordinary woman whose warmth and generosity defined her every interaction. She was known for her willingness to go above and beyond for the people she loved, embodying a spirit of compassion and devotion that inspired all around her. Her vibrant personality and genuine kindness made her a beloved presence in her community.
Those who had the pleasure of spending time with Penny remember her fondness for the simple joys in life. She cherished nothing more than basking in the sunlight on her back porch, accompanied by her faithful dogs Moe and Cooper. Above all, she was delighted in watching her nieces and nephews grow, often finding happiness in their laughter and playfulness, especially as they swam in the family pool or enjoyed time outdoors.
Penny is survived by her devoted sister, Bettylou Hilton, her brother, Mickey Hilton, and many Nieces and Nephews who will carry forward her legacy of love and kindness. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jerome Rolfsen; her daughter, Tammy Hilton-Barth; her mother, Joyce Hilton; and her brothers, Sam and Dickie Hilton.
