Born on January 17, 1959, Penny lived a life marked by unwavering love and dedication to her family and friends. Her passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of those who knew and cherished her.

Penny was an extraordinary woman whose warmth and generosity defined her every interaction. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jerome Rolfsen; her daughter, Tammy Hilton-Barth; her mother, Joyce Hilton; and her brothers, Sam and Dickie Hilton.
