Phyllis A. Bays (nee Fenwick), beloved wife of Daniel M. Bays. Loving mother of Danny Bays and Amy (Ryan) Egan. Caring grandmother of Quinlan, Maddy and Danica. Sister of Garland (Patsy) Fenwick, Bonnie (Thomas Herbert) Smith, Tony (Susie) Fenwick, Ruth (Billy) Harmon, Bruce (Mary-Lynne) Fenwick, Glenn (Polly) Fenwick and Sharon Stamper. Phyllis was a dedicated and loyal fan of UK basketball. She passed away Saturday, February 3, 2024, at the age of 73. Visitation will be held Friday, February 9, 2024, at Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd. (Rt. 42) West Chester, OH 45069 from 6 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 8 p.m.
