ROWE, Phyllis E., (nee Perkins) Devoted wife of the late Marcus Rowe for 45 years. Loving mother of Sheryl (Jim) Troxell, Lorrie (Chris) Davis, and Jeff (Barbie) Rowe. Dear grandmother of Robert Golden and Case Gullett. Great grandmother of Ryan and Rhome Golden. Passed away April 4, 2009, age 66. Visitation will take place at Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cinti-Columbus Rd. (Rt. 42), West Chester, on Tuesday, April 7th from 5 pm until time of funeral service at 7 pm. Donations may be made to American Cancer Society.
