MEIBERS, Phyllis Jean (nee Toms). Loving daughter of the late Roy and Delores Toms. Beloved mother of Michael Meibers and William Meibers and mother-in-law of Mary Meibers. Grandmother of Christina Davis and Rachel Harvey. Great-grandmother of Ella Davis, Gemma Davis, Cayden Harvey, and Lennon Harvey. Sister of Charlotte Flessner, Reva Ackerman, Joe Toms, and the late Garvin Toms and Robert Toms. Passed away February 23, 2026 at the age of 84. Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Saturday March 7th from 10:00 AM until Funeral Service at 11:00AM.
