Phyllis E. Trekauskas widow of John E. Trekauskas and loving mom to Kay (husband Mike), Jacque, Robynn, Tracy (wife Lizette), Scott and predeceased by Megan and Lisa. Grandma to Angie, Chris F. (wife Whitney), Jenny, Chris V. (wife Jessica), Katie, Kristen, and Jonas. Great-Grandma to Riley, May, Dominic, Chris, Miguel, and Summer. Loving sister to Beverly Johnson, and pre-deceased by brother Robert Elstun and Aunt to many nieces and nephews. She died peacefully and under her own terms surrounded by her loving cats Rebel and Jackson. A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd. (Rt. 42) West Chester, OH 45069 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. with a short Memorial Service at 3:30 p.m.
