Rev. Robert L. Highley, Beloved husband of Janet Highley. Loving father of Rob (Vicki) Highley and Belinda (late Thomas) Fuson. Caring grandfather of Amanda Myers, Aaron Highley, Adam Highley, Abigail Fuson and six great grandchildren. Brother of Eva Fisher, Don Highley and the late Samuel Lee Highley, Omar Vergil Highley, Earl Highley, Edith Davis and Lorena Reed. Also survived by many special nieces and nephews. Passed away Monday, May 4, 2026, at the age of 84. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 7, 2026, at West Chester Nazarene Church 7951 Tylersville Rd, West Chester Township, OH 45069 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and again at the church on Friday, May 8, 2026 from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Memorial donations may be made to the West Chester Nazarene Church or to Higher Ground Conference and Retreat Center 3820 Logan Creek Ln, West Harrison, IN 47060.
