MEYER, Richard S. Beloved husband of Vickie A. Meyer (nee Mangone) for 46 years. Loving father of Sherrie Meyer and Elizabeth Mays. Devoted grandfather of Learick Mays. Dear brother of Mary Ann (Richard) Klein, Sylvester Meyer, Virginia (Mikal) Forbes, Elaine (the late Charles) Williamson and Paul (Lynn) Meyer. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
