BLAIR, Rita F. (nee Monday). Beloved wife of Roger W. Blair for 50 and ½ years. Devoted mother of Steve (Kay) Blair, Randy (Iva) Blair and Tracy (Will Schell) Blair. Cherished grandmother of Damien and Dakota Blair, Randy Jr. (Taylor) and Jaxon Blair, Jacob Blair, Alexis Ellis, Samantha (Mitch) Harper and Aiden Schell. Proud great-grandmother of Colten, Blake, Veronica, Elijah, Wesley and Maverick. Rita is preceded in death by her parents Elmer and Alma Monday. Dear sister of Kenneth Monday and the late Leatha, Thelma, Ruth, Ray, Eulys, Eula and Edna. Rita Passed away October 13, 2026 at the age of 74. Her visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Monday, October 19th from 11:00AM until Funeral Service at 1:00PM. Internment will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens. Following the cemetery a reception will be held at Full Gospel Assembly Church 11850 N. Lebanon Rd. Loveland, OH 45140
