Robert “Bob” C. Bischof, 81, of Monroe, Ohio passed away on March 27, 2021 at Mount Pleasant Assisted Living.
Bob was born on August 6, 1939 to Edward and Mildred (Luecke) Bischof in Sunman, Indiana. Bob graduated from Withrow High School in 1957 and went to work at Albers Grocery Store, working his way up to store manager. Shortly after leaving Albers, he began work with Prudential Property & Casualty as an insurance agent, where eventually retired from.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Edward & Mildred Bischof. Brothers, Edward, Paul, Richard, and Carl Bischof; sisters Mildred (Bischof) Schulz and Nancy (Bischof) Reilly.
Bob is survived by his daughters Lisa (Joe) Whiles and Julie (Tim) Puthoff, both of Trenton. His three grandchildren, Cammie and Dylan (DJ) Whiles and Ryan Puthoff, also of Trenton. His brother Ralph (Connie) Bischof; sisters Evelyn (Bischof) Hermes, Carolyn (Bischof) Catauro and Betty Bischof.
Services will be held on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at Hodapp Funeral Home, 6410 Cincinnati-Dayton Road, Liberty Township 45044. Visitation will be from 10 am – 11 am with funeral service immediately following. Internment will be at Woodside Cemetery in Middletown, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to Ohio Living Mount Pleasant, or Hospice of Cincinnati.
