Bowen, Robert L. Devoted husband of the late Barbara Bowen (nee Fair). Loving father of Vanessa (David) Williams and the late Tracy Bowen. Dear grandfather of Tara (Cliff) Ramsey and Tiffany (Brandon Beamer) Williams. Beloved great grandfather of Brianna, Carson, and Austin Ramsey. Brother of Earl (Norma) Bowen Jr., June Bowen, and Murray (Nancy) Bowen. Also survived by many other loving family and friends. Passed away, Thursday, November 17, 2011, age 81. Visitation will take place at Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cinti-Columbus Rd., (Rt 42), West Chester, on Monday, Nov. 21st from 10 am until time of Funeral Service at 12 noon.
