KEEGAN, Robert "Rob" R., Jr. Beloved husband of Christy Keegan (nee Barrett). Loving father of Isabella, Robert III, Adam and Casey Keegan. Dear son of Robert R., Sr. and Sharon Elaine Keegan. Son-in-law of Sandra and Gary Barrett. Brother of Denney (Lydia) Keegan, Dodie (Josh) Scharfenberger and Elaine (Matt) Watkins. Brother-in-law of Brian (Debbie) Barrett. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Rob was devoted to his family, loved his Disney vacations with his family, was a Certified Financial Planner, an avid Reds and UC fan and UCats member. Passed away suddenly Tuesday, August 18, 2015, at the age of 39.
