Roma L. Gerbus (nee Hires)

Roma L. Gerbus (Hires) passed away peacefully on Monday, January 1, 2024.

She was born June 24, 1929, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Roma was beloved wife of 67 years to the late Henry “Hank” Gerbus. Loving mother to Mike, Dan (Peggy), Mary (Jim) Matson, Julie Gerbus, Patty (Jim) Ryan, Amy (Glenn) Branigan. Grandmother to 8 and Great Grandmother to 9. Roma sold real estate for over 37 years before retiring to Florida.

Visitation at St. John the Baptist, 5375 Dry Ridge Rd. Cincinnati, Ohio, 45252 will take place on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 from 10:00 AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Burial at Arlington Memorial Gardens will be immediately following the Mass.
