Toms, father of Marlene, Dee and Pam, step-father of Tina, Shannon and Scott, grandfather of 11 and great-grandfather of 5, brother of Charlotte, Phyllis, Reva, Joe and the late Garven, also survived by man’s best friend Sparky. Wednesday, July 15, 2009, age 66. Visitation at Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until funeral service at 11 a.m.
