HOOVEN, Sandra (nee Palmer) longtime companion and best friend of Steve Goebel, mother of Kevin (Melissa) and Mickey (Tracy) Fisher and Missy, Jon (Jenna), Ben, Josh and Nick (Taschia) Hooven, grandmother of 19 and great-grandmother of two, sister of Shirley Reisiger, David Palmer, the late Pat Dunaway, Michael and Johnny Palmer, special aunt of Cindy Jacob and best friend of Vicky Miller. Passed away Thursday October 2, 2014 at age 63. Visitation at Hodapp Funeral Home, 6041 Hamilton Ave., College Hill Thursday from 5-8 PM. Service Friday at 11 AM at the funeral home.
