STEELE, Shirley A. Loving mother of Lisa (Kevin) Knight, Allison (Steve) Crawford, and step-mother of Sandy (Michael) Gastineau. Cherished grandmother of Ryan (Hannah), Hallie, Lane, Brayden, Kaleigh, Mila, and Wyatt. Beloved great-grandmother of Myles. Caring sister of Barb and Debbie. Shirley is preceded in death by her husband James L. Steele, Jr., father Robert, mother Georgia, and brothers Donald and Elmer. She passed away August 20, 2026 at the age of 73. Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Tuesday, August 25th from 9:30AM until Funeral Service at 10:30AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Hospice of Cincinnati.
