Thanks to his friend and caregiver Ray Martin. Monday, May 20, 2013. Visitation at Arlington Memorial Gardens, Mausoleum Chapel 2145 Compton Rd., Mt. Healthy, Friday from 10 a.m. until service at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Thomas H. Kidd Center, 9910 Reading Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45241.
