Teresa Ann Harris, age 57, passed away on March 9, 2023.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Carol Creech; father-in-law Charles Harris Sr, and mother-in-law, Mary Josephine Harris.  She is survived by her father: Edward (Pam) Creech, brothers:  Edward (Crystal) Creech Jr, Timothy (Misty) Creech, Michael (Melissa) Creech; her husband: Charles Harris Jr; children: Charles (Mikhayla) Harris, III, Heather (Rick) Ritter, Eric Harris and fiancé Rachel Shepard, Casandra Harris and fiancé Travis McClain; grandchildren: Leland Harris, Gavin Harris, Blaine Harris; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends

Teresa Harris was a loving wife and mother who would do anything for her family. A loyal friend and companion, she loved spending her time with those she loved, especially if it was outside fishing or soaking up the sun. She also had a true appreciation for music, which she expressed through a lovely singing voice and the ability to learn to play instruments quickly. Teresa had a green thumb and enjoyed spending her spare time working in the garden and caring for her indoor and outdoor plants. Some of her other passions included dancing, crafting, artistic projects, baking, and finding deals at local yard sales. But of all her passions, her greatest and most cherished was that of being a mother and grandmother.

Known for her smile that could light a room and an infectious laugh that could make anything funny, she a light in all our lives that will be deeply missed. 

Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Friday from 11AM until Funeral Service at 12 Noon. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Condolences to hodappfuneralhome.com
