Thelma "Deb" Baldwin

Thelma “Deb” Baldwin, born on June 12, 1938, in Califon, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on August 23, 2026, at Bridgeway Pointe. Her presence brightened the lives of those who knew her, and her memory will continue to be cherished by family and friends.

Throughout her eighty-eight years, Deb was known for her quiet strength, warmth, and steadfast devotion to those she loved. She was the beloved daughter of the late Frank D. Baldwin Sr. and Nellie T. Hann, and the dear sister of the late Frank D. Baldwin Jr. Deb faced life’s joys and challenges with resilience and grace, qualities admired by all who had the pleasure to know her.

Among those mourning her loss are her loving nieces and nephews: Brady C. Baldwin(Cindy), Kimberly E. Harville(Mark), David A. Baldwin(Cindy), all of whom she regarded with affection and pride. She is also remembered by Erwin Roedel, a valued friend whose companionship she treasured. Deb was predeceased by her nephews Frank D. Baldwin III and Martin W. Baldwin Sr.(surviving spouse Deborah) whose memories she held close to her heart. Also, many great nieces and great nephews.

Deb’s life was deeply rooted in family, and she found joy in celebrating their milestones, supporting their endeavors, and offering wise counsel. Her kindness, dignity, and unwavering loyalty touched all who entered her circle. One of her favorite groups was the "Hartwell Valley Seniors" where she loved to "wii bowl" on the television.  She also served as the secretary for several years, enjoying the company of many friends.  Though she is now at rest, her influence endures in the loving memories of those who survive her.

Deb loved her time at Bridgeway Pointe, she genuinely adored and appreciated the staff and nurses that took great care of her.

Her passing marks the end of a life well lived, filled with enduring accomplishments and meaningful relationships. While she will be dearly missed, Deb’s legacy of compassion, perseverance, and love remains an inspiration to all fortunate enough to have known her.

A private memorial service will be held at a future date by the family. May Thelma “Deb” Baldwin’s memory be a blessing to those who remember her. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a dog shelter of your choice, as she always loved her dogs Candy & Inky.
