Obituary

Theresa Marie Kramer, affectionately known as Teri, passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 7, 2026, in West Chester, Ohio. Born on February 13, 1961, in Houston, Texas, Theresa’s life was marked by compassion, bravery, and an unwavering love for her family, friends, and community.

Teri was often described as compassionate, giving, and kind. She possessed a bold and brave spirit and had a remarkable ability to see the good in others, which made her a cherished friend and confidante. Her deep affection for her family was evident in everything she did, particularly in the joy she found in creating magic for them during the holiday season. Christmas was a special time for her, and she loved decorating with care and creativity, bringing warmth and wonder to their home. Celebrated among family and friends was her signature sweet potato casserole, a dish that embodied not only her culinary skill but also her nurturing nature.

A lifelong hockey fan, Theresa embraced life with passion and enthusiasm. She was an artist and a lover of animals, a quality that further revealed her gentle heart. She enjoyed traveling and camping, finding solace and adventure in the great outdoors. Her fondness for flamingos and giraffes were small yet endearing details that added to her vibrant personality.

One of Theresa’s proudest accomplishments was her triumphant battle as a cancer survivor, a testament to her strength and resilience. Beyond her personal challenges, she was admired for her extraordinary ability to connect with people through her work, forging friendships across diverse communities and extending her circle far and wide.

Theresa is survived by her devoted husband, Robert Scott Kramer; their beloved son, Jordan Matthew Kramer; and treasured granddaughter, Audrey Belle Kramer. She is also remembered with love by her sister, Debbie Meyer "Stasiulis," alongside many other cherished family members and friends who held her in their hearts. She was preceded in death by her father, John Stasiulis, and her mother, Mary Haynes Stasiulis.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on April 18, 2026, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., followed by a Memorial Service from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Both events will take place at West Chester Presbyterian Church, located at 8930 Cincinnati Dayton Rd, Olde West Chester, Ohio, 45069.

Theresa’s legacy is one of fierce love, kindness, and a brave spirit that touched all who knew her. She leaves behind a family and community enriched by her presence and a memory that will endure in the hearts of those who were fortunate to share in her life.

In lieu of flowers the family requests a donation to the SPCA in memory of Teri.
