Thomas B. Verkamp

VERKAMP, Thomas B. age 71 of Cincinnati Ohio, passed away Saturday March 12, 2022. He is survived by sons Tom, Jr. (Jennifer), Brian (Michelle), Jeff (Shawna) Verkamp and his beloved grandchildren Serenity Verkamp, Thomas Cobb, Jeffrey, Colin and Xander Verkamp. He is preceded in death by his parents Ruth Rose and Charles R. Verkamp, Sr., brother Robert Verkamp and sister Connie Flowers.  He is survived by siblings Joan Schoenling, Russ (Susan) Verkamp, Ruth (Brad) Lozier, Mike Verkamp and many family members and friends. Tom was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was an awesome mechanic and for many years ran a Concrete Contractor Business specializing in foundations, patios and driveways. Tom loved the outdoors and was an avid sportsman. He enjoyed gardening and truly had a green thumb. Tom never said an unkind word about anyone; a solid soul to all who knew him. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 18, 2022 at Hodapp Funeral Home, 6041 Hamilton Ave., College Hill, 45224 from 1-1:30 PM followed by a graveside service at 2:15 PM at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 11000 Montgomery Rd.
