Thomas E. Neighbors

NEIGHBORS, Thomas E. “Tommy” Beloved father of the late infant Thomas Neighbors and step-father of Michael (Misty) and James Alcorn.  Loving son of the late Harry and Jean Neighbors (nee Schaivo). Dear brother of the late Joreen (James) Bailey, Gayle (James) McCaffrey and Richard (Linda) Neighbors. Also survived by many nieces and nephews along with his best friend Randy (Andrea) Thall, dear friend Sharon Boehner and special friend Cindy Russell. Tommy was a lifelong resident in Hartwell and proudly went to Raymond Walters where he studied Business.  He passed away October 3, 2022 at the age of 75 at Evergreen Assisted  Living.  A Graveside Service will take place at the St. Joseph New Cemetery 4500 Foley Rd., Delhi, Friday, October 7th at 12:45PM.
