CHAULK, Thomas P. Husband of the late Louise Chaulk (nee Gannon), father of Joe (Sarah), Bob (Rebecca), Tim, Patrick (Barb) Chaulk and Teresa (Jim) Huxel, grandfather of Kevin, Amity, Michael, Shannon, Abigail, Kyle & Jackson, great-grandfather of Alana, brother of James Chaulk and Linda Delgado. Passed Friday August 8, 2014, age 87. Memorial Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home, 6041 Hamilton Ave., College Hill, Saturday, from 11AM until Funeral Service at 12Noon. Memorial donations may be made to Vitas Hospice or to the Wounded Warrior Project.
