SKEEN, Thomas W. Loving son of Shelia and Harold Skeen. Dear friend of Jennifer Haggerty. Went to be with the Lord on April 19, 2014. Age 41. Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd., (Rt.42), West Chester, Friday from 10AM until Funeral Service at 12 Noon.
