Thomas Hall Wulff, affectionately known as Tom, graced the world with his humorous spirit and kind heart from May 17, 1944, until he peacefully departed on November 29, 2025, in West Chester. Born in Hamilton, Tom amassed a tapestry of life experiences that left an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to cross his path.

Throughout his career, Tom wore many hats with proficiency and flair—a jack of all trades who navigated various vocations such as working at a laundromat, laboring in a mine, serving as a school crossing guard, and showcasing his mechanical finesse as a mechanic and truck driver. Each role was embraced with his signature humor and a touch of sarcasm that quickly brought smiles to the faces of those around him.

Tom’s laughter was a beacon of joy, his personality an intricate blend of hilarity and warmth, made richer by a depth of kindness that endeared him to friends and family alike. With a love for cars that rivaled his affection for his family, he found solace and excitement in car shows and the rewarding work of restoring his beloved Model T. These moments were not just pastimes; they were celebrations of his enduring passion and a tribute to the legacy he cherished.

Left to carry on his legacy are his daughter, Kirsten Bjurstrom-Wulff, and his granddaughter, Samantha Bjurstrom, who shall forever cherish the warmth of his love and laughter. Additionally, Erin Tate, the daughter of Tom’s lifelong best friend, continues to honor the rich tapestry of friendship that Tom valued immensely.
