Tom Larson

March 31, 1957 — September 6, 2023

Tom Larson was born on March 31, 1957, to Robert and Bonnie Larson in Des Moines, Iowa.  He was the youngest of four children. When Tom was a small child, the Larson family settled in Loveland, OH, where they opened Bonnie Lynn Bakery in 1963.  Tom began working diligently at the family-owned business at a young age. Tom was a 1975 graduate of Little Miami High School. He had a passion for the outdoors and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout through the Boy Scouts of America. He then attended trade school at the Dunwoody Baking Institute in Minneapolis, MN  . He would soon embark  on a life of baking. He met his wife Cindy of 45 years in Cincinnati where they raised 4 children and were blessed with 5 grandchildren.

Tom lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; he enjoyed baking anything from cheesecake to muffins, was a talented wood craftsman, a skilled pen turner, loved cooking for large crowds, especially his famous homemade pizzas that proved to be legendary at every function, and appreciated a good game of duckpin bowling.  Being a grandpa came naturally to Tom even to those that weren’t his own grandchildren.  He had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way.  Tom will be missed by all who knew him.
