Virgina Hanlon Lockemy of Mason, Ohio passed away peacefully on July 18, 2026, surrounded

by love. She was born February 26, 1943, in Hamilton, Ohio. Her kindness, smile and sense ofhumor touched the lives of many people.

Virginia graduated from Taft High School studying business in Hamilton, Ohio. Then went to work at Ohio Causality Insurance in Hamilton. Her last job was Hostess at Culver’s restaurant in Mason.

She was a member of the West Chester Nazarene Church. Attended worship and bible study regularly at the church. Members and church staff loved her deeply.

Virginia was proceeded in death by her husband Larry Lockemy, Sunny (her dog), her sister Joan Hanlon Fox, brother Thomas (Tom) Hanlon, and her parent’s Eleanor and G. Melbourne (Mel) Hanlon.

Virginia is survived by he sister-in-law Sandra Locke Hanlon, her nephews Randy Fox, Woody Fox, Scott Hanlon and David Hanlon, Nieces Holly Fox and Jennifer Hanlon Clifford.
