William J. Jones

William J. Jones, affectionately known as Bill, passed away peacefully on November 5, 2025, at the age of 74. Born on May 7, 1951, Bill was a cherished resident of Springdale for over 50 years, where he built not only a home but also a community filled with friendships that spanned decades.

Bill is survived by his beloved wife, Margie Jones, and their two sons, Brian (Shannon), Sean (Renee), and daughters Laura, and Tina. His family also includes many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought him immense joy. Bill was a dedicated and loving father, whose influence and guidance will be dearly missed. He is also remembered by his sister, Rita Davis, and his brother Jim (Lynne) Jones, along with his sister in law Peggy. Bill treasured the bonds forged with several nieces and nephews, who held a special place in his heart.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Ann Jones, whose values he carried throughout his life. Bill is also mourned by the memory of his late brothers, Rick and Tommy Jones, and his daughter, Tammy Deaton, who have always remained in the hearts of those who loved him.

Bill's legacy will forever resonate through the lives he touched, both in Springdale and beyond. He leaves behind a community that will remember him fondly for his kindness, warmth, and humor. He will be missed profoundly by all who knew him.
