Born on September 14, 1959, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Bob was a remarkable man whose life spanned many experiences marked by an unwavering spirit.
Bob's career was a testament to his diverse skills and unwavering dedication. His journey took him through the realms of construction, where he made his mark as a water quality control specialist and pipe fitter, always striving for excellence in his work. Additionally, he served as an EMT and firefighter, roles that underscored his commitment to helping others and his innate desire to make a positive impact in his community.
Bob was not only exceptional in his professional life, but he also engaged deeply with the world around him. His compassionate nature led him to explore complex discussions about religion, politics, and sports, and he cherished the spirited debates he shared with friends and family alike. His love for his teams ran deep, and those who knew him understood that his enthusiasm was infectious.
Outside of his work and discussions, Bob found joy in the great outdoors, particularly in hunting, a hobby he cherished and enjoyed sharing with loved ones. He had a special bond with his dogs, which brought him both joy and companionship throughout his life. Bob also had a talent for renovating properties, often diving into rental rehab projects that showcased his creative and hands-on abilities.
Nothing delighted Bob more than being a father. He took immense pride in his son, Benjamin Sies, whose accomplishments were a source of joy for him. The bond they shared was one filled with love, laughter, and mutual respect, encapsulating his proudest accomplishment as a father.
He is survived by his beloved son Benjamin and Ben's fiancée Tiffany, sisters Mary (Brian Bailey), Barbara, and Christina (Brian Morris). Bob also leaves behind his dear friend Brenda Peyton, who was a constant support in his life. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Mary Sies, who have embraced him once again.
Bob's legacy is one of compassion and unwavering support for those around him. His spirit and love for life will be profoundly missed, yet cherished in the hearts of all who had the privilege to know him. Bob requested that no one mourn him. He is home with his Lord and Savior!
