Lyman “Carlos” Brown, born November 13th, 1929 in Crab Orchard, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on July 15th, 2021. Loving husband of the late Frances Brown. Beloved father of Gary (Louise) and Carla Arnold (David). Cherished grandfather “Pamps” of Shawn Brown (Ching) Adam Arnold (late Kellie Arnold) and Ashley Johns (Jamie). Great grandfather of Tyson and Ashton Brown, Reed and Riley Arnold and Maddy and Andrew Johns.
A life long carpenter, Carlos built several homes, condos, and day care centers in the Cincinnati area. Home, church and restaurant renovations came later in his career. A devoted family man that loved their Florida vacations, fishing trips and family activities.
Always a jokester, Carlos was a kind, humble man that was loved by all that knew him. Truly, he was the salt of the earth.
Carlos passed away on July 15,2021 at the age of 91. A visitation will be held Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cincinnati Columbus Rd. (Rt 42), West Chester, OH 45069, from 12 until the time of service at 2 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Queen City Hospice
