Dave Raymond Barlog Jr.
March 27, 1972 — June 14, 2020
David Barjog Jr., beloved husband of Heather Barlog, loving father of Bryn and Brooke Barlog, son of David Sr. (Renee) Barlog and Phyllis Kruchten, brother of Dennis (Jamie) Barlog and Daniel (Georgia) Barlog and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Dave was well known for being a sports fanatic, especially went it came to the Chicago Bears, Chicago Blackhawks, and Chicago Whitesox. He was very dedicated to his family, but more specifically to his daughters and their soccer teams who he loved and supported endlessly.
Dave was loved and will be missed by all his family, friends and everyone that knew him.
Dave passed away on June 14, 2020, at the age of 48. A visitation will be held Friday, June 19, 2020 at Hodapp Funeral Home, 6410 Cincinnati Dayton Rd., Liberty Township, OH 45044 from 1 PM until time of service at 5 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be in Dave’s honor to "Help give Dave a #powerplay."
