Denton L. Hargis

Hargis, Denton L. Devoted husband of Bertie E. Hargis for 59 years. Loving father of Carroll G. Hargis and Dennie L. Hargis. Dear grandfather of Jeremy Hargis and Brandon Hargis. Beloved great grandfather of Austin, Trevor, and Lily Hargis. Brother of William Hargis, Onva Hargis, Ella B. Mounce, Iva Dean Huffine, and the late Ralph Hargis. Passed away December 25, 2009, age 82. Denton served our country as a member of the U.S. Army. Visitation will be held at Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cinti-Columbus Rd., (Rt 42), West Chester, on Monday from 5 – 8 pm. Funeral service on Tuesday at 12:30 pm at the funeral home. Donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
