Bud and Jean welcomed me into the Lovins family in 1968 with no questions asked. My memories of the countless sleepovers, playing Barbies and dress ups, swim time, listening to Rock 'n Roll on our little record player, making French Toast for breakfast every Saturday morning, HALLOWEEN, and watching Greg spend an entire summer digging a hole... They always made me feel HapPy and safe. Although 89 years is an amazing amount of time to experience this gift of life, Bud has left a legacy that will continue for centuries. My heartfelt condolences to the entire Lovins Family. May you find peace and comfort in your memories. RIP, Bud.

Besides being an uncle by marriage, I was fortunate enough to have spent time together working side by side with Bud, exploring Wright-Paterson Air Force Base, great memories as we made it a habit of exploring restricted places on the base, looking for extra-terrestrials, intentionally accidently. He will be missed…..greatly!
