To the family of DOTTIE COHN
With heartfelt sympathy
in the loss of your loved one.

Although there’s very little now
That one can do or say,
May these few words of sympathy
Help comfort you today…

And may you meet each day ahead
With hope and courage, too,
In knowing others understand
And share your loss with you.

Aunt Dorothy makes me smile when I think of her. I remember her as a kind loving person and I know she will be missed by all. I’ll keep her and the family in my prayers.

Kayden, Kamryn and Tyler Seymore and Ashley Gordy - Nov 30, 2010

Aunt Dorthy, we will all miss you very much but I know that you will be watching over us.

You can shed tears that she is gone,
or you can smile because she has lived.
You can close your eyes and pray that she’ll come back,
or you can open your eyes and see all she’s left.
Your heart can be empty because you can’t see her,
or you can be full of the love you shared.
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday,
or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.
You can remember her only that she is gone,
or you can cherish her memory and let it live on.
You can cry and close your mind,
be empty and turn your back.
Or you can do what she’d want:
smile, open your eyes, love and go on.”

Kevin and I are sorry that we could not be there to celebrate the life of such a wonderful lady. She was very special to us all. We will miss her very much until we can see her again. But we know that she will be in Heaven looking down on us.
