HARVEY, Mrs. Lt. Col. Frances L. Harvey, beloved wife of the late William H. Harvey, Sr., loving mother of Judy Abrams, Bill (Jo Ann) Harvey and the late Jean Mead, grandmother of Raymond (Nora), Kevin (Karla), Chris (Kim) Mead; Lori Abrams and the late Rick Abrams; Heather Farwell, Eric (Jennifer) Harvey and great grandmother of 11. William and Frances were the Divisional Commanders of the Salvation Army from 1965-1970. Frances passed away on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at the age of 101. Visitation at Sycamore Presbyterian, 11800 Mason Rd., 45249 on Tuesday, November 27 from 4 PM until service at 5 PM. Donations may be made to the Salvation Army. Condolences at hodappfuneralhome.com
