Was sorry to hear of Frank’s passing. I worked with him for several years. He was a great person to work with and to be around. Listen to many of his stories.
My prayers are with you and your family.
Rest in peace, we will miss you Chief! God bless.
I served under Chief Richardson as cadet with the Warren County Sheriff’s Office. Then when Hamilton township formed their own department I again served under his direction. I left Ohio in 2005 and now serve as a Deputy Sheriff for Lancaster County, PA. This is the county where the 2006 Amish school shooting occurred.
I wish to express my deep sympathy for the family and police department. May God bless you all.
I will never forget the training and wisdom that Frank instilled in me. I came into town to visit with him in March 2010 and will cherish the moment forever.
I will miss you Chief Richardson, With Love,
Deputy Brian K. Bishop Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office.
sending my love and prayers to my family.
