Larry, Linda, Scott, Jeff and extended family:
Words can’t express my sympathy for what you all are going through right now. I know you will miss Gladys( your wife, mom and grandmother)each day of your lives so hold on to your memories and know that she will always be with you.
I know that we, the “Texas part of the family” haven’t had as much time with her or as many memories as you but none the less we are thankful for her! I know I still remember the fun of staying at your house overnight when we came to visit back when we were little kids! Gladys has always been our “connection” to the rest of the famiy up there (Ohio)and the fact that she came with you (Larry and Linda) to Texas for mother and daddy’s 50th anniversary party only strengthened the tie! As an aunt I will always remember her as an open, honest, “to the point” person that could still tell her big brother (my dad, Paul) to “hush up” , or whatever else she felt needed to be said at the time. It was fun to watch them talk back and forth, knowing that they really did have a love for one another!
Please know that our hearts hurt with you and for you! God bless you all and I thank God for having had Gladys (one of my very favorite aunts) a part of my life.
Peace be with you!
We know it’s so hard to find the right words at a time like this, but wanted you to know that our thoughts and prayers are with you.
With our love and sympathy,
Jo, Tara, Tracy and Tim, Rob and Karen Manis
