Dear grandmother of Linda Marie Robison and husband Scott Robison, Robert Thomas Fetters, III and his wife Jillian Broussard Fetters. Loving sister of Evelyn Christina (Sibby) Phelps Kirby and the late Tony Phelps Wills, Catherine Phelps Combs, Joseph William Phelps, and Lex Phelps. Passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2011. Age 93. Visitation at Mason Christian Village Chapel, 411 Western Row Rd., Mason, OH 45040 Friday, July 22 from 5 to 7 p.m. Visitation also at Oldham, Roberts, and Powell Funeral Home, 1110 Barnes Mill Rd., Richmond, KY 40475 on Saturday from 1 p.m. until time of funeral service at 3 p.m. Burial to follow at Richmond City Cemetery.
