I am a cousin of Ilse Morris and we had always contact. I visit her two times in the 1960ies, when I visited the US.Later we had contacts by Telefon or when she visited her home village in Germany.
My wife Montserrat who also knowes her will pray for her and we will always remember her and also Charly, whom I know when he was still sationed in Germany after the war.
Ilse Morris was a cousine of mine. Her mother was a sister of my father.
I have had always contact by phone with Ilse
So her death has me deeply moved
and I will include Ilse to my prayer.
In memorial Erich Reth with Ruth.
Charlie and Ilse were neighbors
a long time ago. We have been
happy to know that over the years
since they moved away Ilse has
had a loyal friend like Norma Seto
who has “been there” through it
all. That was a “God-thing” in Ilse’s life. May God in His
mercy somehow bless all the seeds that Norma has sown!
Illse was a very special lady. A lady whom we can call a friend. We came to know Illse while she was a resident at the Brookwood Retirement Community recovering from her broken leg.
I will never forget her stories of Germany, and how she always treated us with respect and always had a kind loving word for us each week when she came into the Beauty Salon for me to do her hair.
Illse I never got back up to your room this time when you were in the Retirement Community before you passed, I wish I had known for I could have told you how much you truely ment to us. May God Bless you and Keep you.. but your in good company up there…
Thank you for being our friend….
My sympathies to the family on Ilse’s passing. She was a nice lady and neighbor, as well as a friend to my parents.
She was a great lady, and a wonderful neighbor. She will be missed.
Ilse was a wonderful lady whom I came to know through the Donauschwaben Society. She was very dedicated to the interests of the culture of our club and will be greatly missed by many.
