Condolences
I was very sorry to hear about Jim going to be with the Lord. The community has lost a great man. The family of faith at the chapel has lost a great man of God. And I’m sure more than anyone else, you feel the loss of a great husband, father, and grandfather. I appreciated Jim’s witty sense of humor, care for the well-being of believers at the chapel, including myself, grammar corrections after a few of my messages, and desire to instruct and encourage others through God’s Word.
Dear Cheryl, I was so sorry to hear of the loss of your father. I have very fond memories of spending time at your house when we were young and what a kind and gentle man he was. May all of your precious memories of him serve as a comfort to you in the coming days. My prayers are with you and your family.

Phyllis & family, Sorry we couldn’t be there with you. Glad Jim is Home but know it’s hard for y’all. Our prayers are with you. Jim was very special to me (Bob) for many decades & to Scotti also more recently. All of you are, too.
We’ll be back in Cincinnati some day.
Phyllis,
Our prayers are with you and your family during this time. Jim was a wonderful example of a godly man to our family and the brethren of Northern Hills. I was particularly challenged and encouraged by his life of excellence at home, work and for the Kingdom.
Love,
Brent and Sandi Ponce
To the family may God bless and keep you through this time in your life. We know that he is the only one that can take us through all of the good and bad times in our lives.
God knew best. He just needed him with him.

To Jim’s family:
You have our heartfelt sympathy as you face the physical loss of a very special man. His wit, wisdom and willingness to do all that he could for those he loved will surely be missed. We rest in the knowledge that he is with His Savior and find comfort in knowing that his rest is found in his Lord.

I love you Poppy! So much! I can’t believe you’re really gone. I only got 21 short years with you and now the world seems so scary. You were the best father to me and the most wonderful great grandpa to Clara. You will be in our hearts everyday. I love you, dear father. With love, Cady (Jim’s Granddaughter)
