JoAnn Toler (nee McNeely) beloved wife of Lawrence D. Toler. Loving mother of Teresa (Dan) Viox, Jennifer (Brian) Nabel and the late Elaine Mahaffey. Mother-in-law of Bob Mahaffey. Caring grandmother of Robert, Amy, Alex, Jamie, Bethany, Joshua, Christopher, Melissa and the late David. Great-grandmother of Anna, Eli, Natalie, Sam, Tucker, Madelyn, Emily, Molly, Parker, Charlie, Jack, Mills, Brett, Arianna, and Allison. JoAnn is survived by her brothers Glen (Sue), Danny and Freddy McNeely; sisters Mary Huddleston, Helen Crosthwaite and Cathy (David) Sites. She passed away November 8, 2019 at the age of 84. Visitation will take place at West Chester Church of the Nazarene on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 from 11 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12:30 p.m. In place of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to a new Microbiology Lab being constructed at Mount Vernon Nazarene University to train future medical professionals.
