Judy Dale Helms, loving mother of Brandy, Amy, Chris and Elizabeth Nolan. Also survived by her 9 cherished grandchildren. Beloved daughter of Greta Hampton and the late Paul Arthur. Brother of Ed (Debbie) Arthur. Judy passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at the age of 67. Visitation will be held Monday, March 8, 2021, at Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd. (Rt. 42) West Chester, OH 45069 from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m.
