Kelly B. Woodruff, Jr.

Kelly B. WOODRUFF Jr. Kelly B. Woodruff, Jr., passed away on Saturday, January 29th surrounded by his loving wife of 48 years Mary and his three children. A life- long Cincinnatian, Kelly was born on October 14, 1935. After graduating from Greenhills High School, Kelly earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University in 1958. He was employed by Cincinnati Milling Machine working in a variety of engineering and manufacturing management positions until his retirement in 1997. He was active in his community, elected to the Lakota School Board in 1982, serving for 8 years and numerous positions at Crestview Presbyterian Church. He had a passion for photography and could be seen taking pictures at every event he attended. Kelly loved the beach enjoyed arranging family vacations, theater. Most of all, he loved being a husband, father and grandfather. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Brent and his wife Lynn of Atlanta, his son Brian and wife Katie of West Chester, his daughter Ellen and husband Kurt Lust of Mason and his nine grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd. (Rt 42), West Chester, Tuesday, Feb. 1 from 6-8 p.m., with a service celebrating his life on Wednesday, February 2nd at 11 am at Crestview Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Hoxworth Blood Center.
